No blog Brasil com Z tivemos esta semana a pauta Mercado de Trabalho. This article that was posted:
Do 60 years, the State of Israel was founded. It was not easy to build this country from scratch. There were some things here before to start a Jewish settlement, but not really much, almost nothing. Thousands of Jews came even before there is a Jewish state, on the Turkish authorities and then English, to start work on the construction of the new reality.
Two major ideologists of that era are Dov Ber Borochov and AD Gordon. The two figures provided understood a principle that the Jewish bourgeois Europe (mainly Eastern, because the Jews were forbidden to take land and property and therefore is related to the financial as well as to add inheritance) would have to grab the tools and work in agriculture in a principle and subsequently in the factories. Borochov developed the theory of the inverted pyramid, where the masses are professionals (such as lawyers, doctors, engineers, etc.) and not workers. And therefore, these professionals who have recently arrived to put the hand in the mass and added to the working class which would raise the new company.
When I was younger carrying this idea in mind, social justice, an equal society where the people as a whole works to achieve an ideal, the Labor Zionism activist by which I was in Brazil for many years. These were the hardest years of the history of Israel, but were the years of greatest heat, golden years for many who still remember the time when all were simpler together, very united and a society with clear objectives - to raise the Jewish state in Israel, the land promised to the people for thousands of years. The feeling of working for this ideal moved this country for many years.
But all that is good little hard, and over the years these visions have become part of this country and becoming more like European countries, where the economic interest has strong influence.
Not recommend to come to Israel if it is a strong link with the Zionist ideology. Here we do not work in fortunes simple as in some European countries. The self belief that you are working for something more than money is what moves me here. Another detail not very pleasant for the vast majority is here that the army is mandatory, even if you decided to emigrate 23 years. In the army, the ideology is essential to keep in place (mentally) and feel some gratification in serving the military system. The army of Israel is considered one of the best in the world, but for young Israelis, mean 3 years of slavery to a system of coercion stupid.
It is compulsory and really a necessity for the survival of the state which is surrounded by hostile territory, the army gained strength in the battles that for those Jews, is all or nothing. This is not an army of mercenaries, but an army of citizens defending their families directly. Imagine yourself having to defend the Amazon rainforest in Brazil fighting, eg., Or struggling to 60km from her home with missiles falling in the area where all his family lives. It is clear that in the second case you go in with much grab you win - that is all or nothing.
But I will not enter the army theme in this article, why do I have much knowledge in this area, served as a public relations officer of the army and had to give us very important explanation about the actions of the Israeli army in recent years.
This work in the army I opened many doors here in Israel. The army is the first experience of "work" of all Israeli couple. Soon after school the couple passes by various tests and enters the army to serve in accordance with their talents. This often ends up defining the roles of youth in society later. There are also couples who decide to follow military career, which is a great prestige for the most idealistic and also have several benefits for the family and retirement.
The labor market to foreigners in Israel is not very grateful. As it is in Japan with the Japanese decendentes in Israel, the Jews of decendentes immediately entitled to a visa to work, and those who do not have decendência may work, but must have an employer willing to hire this person for the employer can apply to the Ministry responsible before the visa application.
One thing is certain in Israel, be home, bricklayer, drivers, heavy work is much more money than in any country of the third world and more medical coverage in case of accidents and similar. But there is no interest of the state and employers to receive temporary resident visa and pay for work to make this work. What a beautiful end up as the labor market for immigrants, decendentes of Jews in the Third World countries that already do this or who were unemployed in his country for many years and that all we needed was an opportunity to work and support himself worthy. Many Argentines decendentes of Jews during and after the recent crisis were taking refuge in Israel and has taken many positions on the basis of the Israeli economy as those quoted earlier.
One of the best ways to come to Israel and self-sustaining is the volunteer in a kibbutz (קיבוץ). The kibbutzim are agricultural companies which were formed by the same ideology of Labor Zionism. It is an egalitarian society, where all the fruit of the work is divided between its chaverim (members). The strength of the collective work handled the economy and the development of the country for many years, but the system kibbutziano is in decline and need the help of volunteers to keep their doors open and the socialist ideology of foot. That is why we have some good years that can get permission to work and housing on a kibbutz through kibbutziano movement in Israel.
Has no representation of the movement here in Brazil, everything must be done here, but gives you call or send e-mail and find out if you speak English:

This is the best way to come to Israel to spend some time, and know not to worry about work (because you work in the kibbutz guaranteed) and has housing, food, washing, etc ...
There is a way to make money. Israel has nothing for you to make money and go back to Brazil without having immigrated. There is a wave of illegal immigrants in Thailand and the Philippines and is only "accepted" that are extremely cheap labor, and most importantly, disciplined. I know that Brazilians have been working for Israel without having immigrated. Even those who do not have Jewish ancestry, is Jewish or Israeli wife.
If you have any Jews in your family, you can apply to immigrate and to learn Hebrew and to integrate into society with his talent, can succeed in this new country. But as I said and I repeat, Israel is not a country of opportunity, is a country for idealists.
For information on immigration, here is the site of the Jewish Agency on Aliá (immigration עליה).
If your work is not, but studies, Israel is a great option! It is one of the countries with more institutions of higher education per capita in the world, there are many experts in various areas here. There are exchange programs in the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel-Aviv, Bar-Ilan and Haifa. Renowned institutes of science and technology as the Weizmann and Technion also accept foreigners in their areas with emphasis. There is also a private institution, the IDC in Herzelya, which has programs with classes in English only in several areas, including human. Several people around the world have studied in Israel, among them the current President of Uruguay, Tabaré Vasques, who studied some years in the Institute Weizzman and was here this week in Israel with a group of scientists from Uruguay to deal with and increase the connection exchange between the two countries in this sector.
For more information on how to obtain scholarships for study here in Israel, I recommend entering the site of the Embassy of Israel in Brazil and an interest by the Mashav, which is a program created in 1950 (2 years after the independence of Israel) and focuses the exchange of minds. This small country has in science and the development of critical thinking much of their goals and provided a principle that is clear - the first president of Israel was the renowned chemist Chaim Weizmann that brought together the heads of major Jewish people in Israel in search of development academic. Among them, Albert Einstein who chaired the Hebrew University of Jerusalem for 4 years (1925-1928) even before the independence of the state. Einstein left the university a great legacy: All documents throughout their life, all your theories, inventions and even the right to commercial use of the image of the scientist are the same property.

Very good honey!
Another tip that can be cited are the programs of Masá, an option for those who are Jewish or have Jewish ancestry and would like to have a long-term experience in Israel, without having the need to immigrate. For more information on the many existing programs, just visit: http://www.masaisrael.org
