Blogging Brazil with Z had this week to staff the Labor Market. This was the article I posted:
Do 60 years, the State of Israel was founded. It was not easy to build this country from scratch. There were a few things here before they began the Jewish settlement, but really not much, almost nothing. Thousands of Jews came even before there is a Jewish state, on the Turkish authorities and then English, to start construction work on the new reality.
Two great ideologies of that era are Dov Ber Borochov and AD Gordon. The two figurines understood from the outset that the bourgeois Jew from Europe (mainly Eastern, because the Jews were forbidden to have assets such as land and therefore were connected to the financial as well as joining inheritance) that would grab the tools and work in agriculture a principle and subsequently in the factories. Borochov developed the theory of the inverted pyramid, where the masses are professionals (like lawyers, doctors, engineers, etc.) and not employees. And so, these professionals newcomers would have to put their hands dirty and join the working class so that we can raise this new society.
When I was younger hold that idea in mind, social justice, of an egalitarian society where all people as one works to achieve an ideal, the Labor Zionist activist for which I was in Brazil for many years. These were the hardest years of the history of Israel, but it was the years of greatest heat, the golden years for many who still remember the time when all were simpler together a tightly knit society, with clear objectives - to raise the Jewish state in Israel, the land promised to the people for thousands of years. The feeling of working for this ideal moved this country for many years.
But all that is good is short-lived, and over the years these views have been standing aside and the country is increasingly similar to European countries where the economic interest has a strong influence.
Not recommend to come to Israel if it is a strong link with the Zionist ideology. This did not make fortunes in simple jobs such as in some European countries. The self belief that you are working for something greater than money is what drives me here. Another detail not very pleasant for the vast majority is here that the army is mandatory, even if you decided to immigrate to 23 years. In the army, ideology is crucial to keep in place (mentally) and feel some gratification in serving in the military system. The army of Israel is considered one of the best in the world, but for young Israelis, mean 3 years of slavery to a stupid system of coercion.
Because it is compulsory and really a necessity for the survival of the state that is surrounded by hostile territory, the army gains strength in the battles for those Jews, is all or nothing. This is not an army of mercenaries, but an army of citizens defending their families directly. Imagine yourself having to defend Brazil's Amazon forest fighting, eg. Or fighting 60km from home with missiles falling in the area where all his family lives. Clearly the second case you will enter more claw to win - that's all or nothing.
But I will not go on to host this article, I have much knowledge in this area, I served as public relations officer of the army and had to give much explanation for us important information about the actions of the Israeli army in recent years.
This work in the army opened doors for me here in Israel. The army is the first experience of "work" every young Israeli. Soon after the school young people undergo several tests and enters the army to serve according to their talents. This often ends up defining the roles of young people in society later. There are also people who decide to follow a military career, which is a great prestige to the most idealistic and also have several benefits for family and retirement.
The job market for foreigners in Israel is not very grateful. How is in Japan with the descendants of Japanese immigrants in Israel, the descendants of Jews have automatic right to a work visa, and those who do not have ancestry can come to work, but must have an employer willing to hire that person for the employer can apply against the ministry responsible for the visa application.
One thing is certain in Israel, be home, builder, driver, hard work makes a lot more money than any third world country and more medical coverage in case of accidents and the like. But there is no interest of the state and employers to receive temporary residents and pay for a work permit to do such work. What ends up as a beautiful job market for immigrants, descendants of Jews from third world countries that already did this or who were unemployed in your country for many years and that all they needed was an opportunity to work and sustain themselves with dignity. Many descendants of Argentine Jews during and after the recent crisis came to take refuge in Israel and has taken many positions on the basis of the Israeli economy as I mentioned before.
One of the best ways to come to Israel and self-sustaining is volunteering on a kibbutz (קיבוץ). The kibbutzim are agricultural societies were formed by the same ideologues of Zionism Labor. It is an egalitarian society, where all the fruit of the work is divided between his Chaverim (members). The strength of the collective work handled the economy and the country's development for many years, but the system kibbutziano is in decline and need the help of volunteers in order to keep their doors open and the socialist ideology of the foot. That is why we already have some good years that can get work permits and a Villa on a kibbutz kibbutziano through movement in Israel.
Has no representation of movement ai in Brazil, everything should be done here, but I can see call or e-mail and find out if you speak English:
Site of the Movement "Kibbutz Artzi" (קיבוצי ארצי "Kibbutz" Nacional).

This is the best way to come to Israel to spend time to know and not worry about work (because you work in the kibbutz guaranteed) and has housing, food, laundry, etc ...
There is a way to make money. Israel has nothing for you to make money and go back to Brazil without having immigrated. There is a wave of illegal immigrants from Thailand and the Philippines and is only "accepted" that are labor extremely cheap and most importantly, disciplined. I know that Brazilians have come to Israel to work without having immigrated. Even those who do not have Jewish ancestry, have Israeli or Jewish wife.
If you have in your family a Jew, you can apply to immigrate and to learn Hebrew and to integrate into society with his talent can succeed in this new country. But as I said and I repeat, Israel is a country of opportunities, is a country for idealists.
For information on immigration, here is the site of the Jewish Agency Aliyah (immigration עליה).
If its not working, but studies, Israel is a great choice! It is one of the countries with more institutions of higher education per capita in the world, there are many experts in various areas here. There are exchange programs at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, Tel-Aviv, Bar-Ilan and Haifa. Renowned institutes of science and technology as the Weizmann and Technion also accept foreign especially in their areas. There is also a private institution, the IDC in HERZELYA, which has programs with classes in English only in several areas, including humans. Several people around the world have studied in Israel, among them the current President of Uruguay, Tabare Vasques, who studied several years in the Institute Weizzman and was this week here in Israel with a group of scientists from Uruguay to treat to increase the connection and exchange between the two countries in this sector.
For more information about how to get scholarships to study here in Israel, I recommend entering the site of the Embassy of Israel in Brazil and is interested in the program Mashav, which is a program created in 1950 (2 years after the independence of Israel) and focuses the exchange of minds. This small country has in science and critical thinking most of its objectives from the outset and this is clear - the first president of Israel was the renowned chemist Chaim Weizmann that brought together the greatest minds of the Jewish people in Israel in search of development academic. Among them, Albert Einstein who chaired the Hebrew University of Jerusalem for 4 years (1925-1928) even before the independence of the state. Einstein left the university a great heritage: All documents written during his life, all his theories, inventions and even the right to commercial use of the image of the scientist are the property of same.

Very good dear!
Another tip that can be cited are the programs of the Masai, one option for those who are Jewish or have Jewish ancestry and would like to have a long-term experience in Israel, without having to emigrate. For more information on the many existing programs, simply visit: http://www.masaisrael.org
